FreakWare Return Policy

Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.  If you need to return an item, please make note of our 30 day return policy:

  • If your FreakWare was damaged during shipment, we will replace it.

  • If the item arrived defective, we will replace it. 

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will take it back and mail you the correct item once original has been received.

  • For all other returns, the product must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.


All returns must be made within 30 days of the date you received the item.  

Send us an email explaining the problem and include the following information:

  • Why you want to return the item, including photos or video of the problem

  • Your order number and date of purchase

  • Your name, address, email address and best contact number.


Once your concern is approved for an RMA, we will email you the RMA number, return shipping label along with detailed return shipping instructions.  Once we have received the item and verified the contents, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Our privacy policy is compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) is being used online.  PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a singe person, or to identify an individual in context.  Our company does not share, transfer or sell PII to any outside company, entity, or individual collected on this site.   When ordering or registering on our site you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or other details to help you with your experience and purchase.
